HP Helion Code Wars is not your typical beer and pizza-fest hackathon. It is a unique program providing Australia’s best technical and entrepreneurial talent with the opportunity to see your ideas come to life. Taking place over a four week period, teams will be challenged to develop packaged web-based applications that solve creative business problems using open data sources. Using industry-based case study examples and open weather data, by participating in this unique hackathon program where business methodology is applied over a four week program across Australia, teams will look at how to creatively integrate with other open data sets (for example linking traffic data and weather data, or health data and weather data). A developer pack including access to HP Helion Development Platform and HP Helion OpenStack will be provided to build your app.
